Tek Experts & Cytek Unveil Cutting-Edge Security Operations Centre in Lagos, Nigeria

Tek Experts, a leading global provider of technical talent solutions, joined forces with its sister company Cytek Security to launch a state-of-the-art Security Operations Centre (SOC) in Lagos, Nigeria. This marks a significant step towards bolstering cybersecurity services for businesses across West Africa.

The SOC is specifically designed to enhance managed security services in Nigeria and neighboring West African nations. It will collaborate with organizations and government agencies to address the growing cybersecurity challenges, particularly in light of the widespread cloud adoption by businesses.

During the launch event, Mr. Adewale Adeyemi, Head of Executive Sales and Business Development at Tek Experts, highlighted the SOC’s capabilities. He explained that it will enable Cytek to handle critical incident investigations, conduct threat hunting and testing within organizations, while their IT departments focus on internal network threat detection.

Tek Experts’ Country Director for Nigeria, Mr. Olugbolahan Olusanya, emphasized the significance of the SOC’s establishment. By expanding our services to include cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, we aim to ensure businesses remain protected against evolving cyber threats.”
